1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Text2Art, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the app.
2. Description of Service
Text2Art allows users to generate AI-based images from text or images using OpenAI's API. A free version is available with ad support, and a Premium version is available via in-app subscription.
3. Subscriptions
Premium subscriptions are billed through the App Store. Prices and billing cycles are clearly shown in the app. All billing, cancellations, and refunds are handled through your App Store account settings.
4. AI Usage and Limitations
Generated images rely on OpenAI's technology and may not always meet user expectations. Use is limited to supported countries as defined by OpenAI. See the full list at https://platform.openai.com/docs/supported-countries.
5. Advertising
Free-tier users will be shown ads via Google AdMob. Ad behavior and data collection follow Google's ad policies.
6. Intellectual Property
All content generated using Text2Art remains the property of the user. However, the app and its code are the intellectual property of the developer and may not be reproduced or reverse-engineered.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to Text2Art if you violate these terms or misuse the app.
8. Changes to Terms
These terms may be updated occasionally. Continued use of the app means you accept any revised terms.
